Photo & Video Release Policy

By entering and shopping at Alternative Retail locations, including any affiliated warehouse sales, pop-up events, or stores, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Photography & Videography
   Alternative Retail may photograph, videotape, or otherwise capture content featuring customers within our store premises.

2. Use of Images & Videos
   Any photos or videos taken may be used for marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes across our digital and print platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media accounts, and email campaigns.

3. No Compensation
   Customers will not be entitled to any compensation or ownership rights related to the use of their likeness in these materials.

4. Opt-Out Procedure
   If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a store associate or event staff upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

5. Minors
   If a minor is captured in any content, we will make reasonable efforts to seek parental or guardian consent before publishing.

By continuing to shop at our locations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
