Yes, Tickets are required for all customers age 15 and older. All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Our Standby option is available to those who were unable to secure a ticket for the day and time slot they desire. Standby Tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Entrance is not guaranteed and will be granted at our discretion based on capacity limits. Please note that wait times can be longer than expected. Standby access will end 30 minutes prior to store closing times.
